For security companies

Offer the technology without building it.

Max Security USA is a guard company. We built a community platform for the properties we cover, and we would rather partner with other guard companies than only bid against them. Put visitor management, remote guarding and stop-sign and speed cameras in front of your own clients, under your contract and your name. You get your own portal, with your own communities and guard accounts under it. White-labeling is available. The platform itself is free for every community you bring, which is the line worth reading twice.

  • Your contract, your client
  • Your own portal and guards
  • Platform free per community

The problem this solves

Boards are asking their guard company for software.

One board wants a visitor app. Another wants the stop sign by the clubhouse enforced. A third wants the overnight gate covered and will not pay for a booth. Each one is a request for a product, and a guard company with no product to offer can lose the whole contract over it.

Building it yourself means hiring developers, or standing up a monitoring center that only pays for itself across many sites. We have already built the software and staffed the center, for the communities we guard. The platform is free, so there is nothing to resell. What you sell is the work, and our people do it under your contract.

What you can put in front of a client

Three offers. Take one or all three.

A firm may want only the free platform to strengthen a bid. Another may only need the overnight gate covered. Offer what your clients ask for and leave the rest.

Visitor management, free

Residents issue passes, the guard scans them, and every refusal carries a stated reason. Add a live on-property log, work orders, amenity bookings, announcements in eleven languages and board reports. Free for any community you bring, so there is nothing to mark up.

Remote guarding from our monitoring center

A guard in our staffed center works the gate, lobby or entrance over the intercom. They check the pass and turn away what does not check out, escalating under a plan agreed in advance. Overnight shifts, holidays, and the sites that will never justify a booth.

Traffic safety and enforcement

Stop-sign and speed detection on the cameras already on the property. A person reviews every violation before any notice goes out. Boards ask for this constantly, and almost no guard company can deliver it.

Each has its own page: visitor management, remote guarding and traffic safety. We wrote those pages for boards, so they are a fair preview of what your client will read before they call you.

The honest comparison

Partner with us, or build it yourself.

We have not audited anyone else’s product, so this table does not compare us with another vendor. It compares the two options actually in front of a guard company whose clients keep asking.

Your own portal

Built for operators from the start.

When a partner program is bolted onto somebody else’s platform, you end up administering their system. Here an operator account, with communities and guards beneath it, is how the software has been organized from the start.

Your own portal, above your own communities

An operator account in your name. When you log in you see your accounts, and only yours. You are not handed a login to one of our communities and asked to work inside it.

Your guards, your roles

Add your own guard, supervisor and manager accounts and assign each to a site. A guard sees the community they are posted to and nothing else.

Separation between tenants, enforced in the software

Every record and every request is scoped to one community. Your communities cannot see each other, and we do not go looking through them without a reason.

Post orders and shift handover per site

Handover notes that carry from the day guard to the night one, and standing orders for each site, which each guard acknowledges in our iPhone and Android guard apps, now in testing. Your procedure, in your words.

Reports and exports you can hand to a client

Entry volumes, refused entries, violations, vendor activity and incident logs, all exportable. When the manager calls asking what happened Tuesday night, the answer is in front of you.

White-labeling, where you want it

Your branding and your domain on the resident app, the emails and the passes, with Max Security’s name taken off. It is the one part of the platform with a real build cost, so we quote it.

What costs money, and what does not

What is free and what is quoted.

An operator who has been at this a while does not trust the word free. So here is every line, including the ones that cost.

The platform itself

Free

For every community, every resident and every guard. No subscription, no per-resident fee, and no trial that quietly runs out.

Text messaging (SMS)

At cost

A text costs money to send, so we pass that cost through, and only to a community that switches texting on. Email and in-app notifications are free and unlimited.

Access control integration

Quoted per site

Tying the gate arm and the doors to the same pass takes hardware, wiring and a licensed installer. It is rolling out to communities by quote, after a site survey rather than off a price list.

White-labeling

Quoted per deployment

Your branding and domain on the app, the emails and the passes. It is bespoke work for each deployment, and we price it as work.

Guarding, patrol, cameras, monitoring

Quoted per site

Max Security USA services, done by our people. What you pay us for the work you subcontract is settled on the call, site by site.

Why there is no rate card.

We do not publish partner terms. There is no revenue split, no tier and no minimum commitment on this page, because a number written for a firm in Suffolk County would be wrong for one in Broward. Subcontracted work is quoted per site after a survey. One thing is fixed: the platform stays free whether you subcontract a single hour of guarding to us or never do.

What is expected of a partner

What we ask of a partner.

None of it is onerous. All of it causes trouble when it is left unsaid, so it is written down here, before the call.

You own the client

The contract and the invoice carry your name. When the board president calls at nine on a Tuesday night, the phone that rings is yours.

You are the first line

You know the property, the board and the manager. Day-to-day questions go to you. We stand behind you on the platform.

You are licensed and insured where you operate

Guard licensing is state law. It is your obligation in your state exactly as it is ours in ours, and we would rather ask the question before go-live than after.

Real communities, properly vetted

Before any community opens we verify the property, the board and who manages it. We do not skip that check because a partner vouches for the site.

You set the community up with us

There is no self-service sign-up, and partners do not get one either. Someone who knows the property sets up the gates, the units and the rules. That should be you, with us on the call.

You tell us early when something is going wrong

A shift you cannot fill, a client who has gone quiet, a network that keeps dropping the remote gate. None of it gets fixed by our finding out late.

The awkward part

We are a guard company too.

Max Security USA sells guarding, patrol, cameras and access control directly across New York, New Jersey and Florida. If you operate in those states we are a competitor in the ordinary sense, and a partner page that skated past that would deserve to be closed.

So the commitment is specific enough to hold us to. We do not approach the accounts you bring us. We are not introduced to them unless you make the introduction. We do not use what we see inside your communities to market to them. If a particular account makes any of that unworkable, say so on the first call. An hour there is cheaper than a year of resentment.

Your account stays yours

We do not call it, and we are not introduced unless you make the introduction.

No data used against you

What sits inside your communities is not our market research.

Your brand in front

Our guards answer the intercom in your name, and the platform can carry your brand as well.

How it starts

Four steps, starting with a phone call.

  1. Step 1: A call

Where you operate, what you already run, what your clients are asking for, and whether you have a first site in mind.

  2. Step 2: Terms agreed between us

The commercial arrangement, what you subcontract to us, white-labeling, and licensing on both sides. All of it in writing.

  3. Step 3: Your portal opened

We open your operator account, apply your branding, and set up your manager and guard accounts.

  4. Step 4: Your first community live

We verify the property and the board with you, set up the gates, units and rules, import the resident list, and stay on support after go-live.

Who you would be working with.

Max Security USA was founded and is led by decorated law enforcement veterans with more than 130 years of combined service. We work from 709 W Jericho Tpke, Huntington NY 11743. We guard communities ourselves, which is why the platform is built the way a guard at the gate would want it and not the way a software company imagines it.

The full list of services is at maxsecurityusa.com.

New York

Long Island and the wider metro area, from our office in Huntington.

New Jersey

Gated communities and managed properties across the state.

Florida

Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale and Miami.

A monitoring center does not need to be near your client’s gate, so remote guarding reaches further than a patrol car does. Tell us where you operate and we will tell you what we can cover.

FAQ

What owners ask us first.

There is no joining fee, no license fee and no minimum volume. The visitor management platform is free for every community you bring. Text messages, access-control integration and white-labeling each carry a real cost, and each is quoted or charged separately.

You keep your brand. Our remote guards can answer in your company’s name, and the platform can be white-labeled so the app, the emails and the passes carry your domain with ours removed. Without white-labeling, residents see Maximum.Community as the platform, and your name is still on the guard, the contract and the invoice.

You do, in writing. You sell the work, you hold the contract, you send the invoice, and yours is the number the board calls. We do not approach the accounts you bring us, and we are not introduced to them unless you introduce us.

Yes. The resident app, the notification emails and the visitor passes go out on your domain and branding, with Max Security’s name removed. It is the one part of the platform that is not free, because it is bespoke work for each deployment. It does not change who delivers the guarding. A guard asked at three in the morning who they work for still answers truthfully.

The community owns its records: residents, visitor logs, footage and incident reports. As operator of the account you can export them. We do not sell them or mine them, and the separation between communities is enforced in the software. If the relationship ends, you export your data and we agree in writing what gets deleted.

The platform side is quick. Once the community is verified and we have the units, the gates and the resident list, configuration is short and residents go live soon after. The physical site sets the real timeline. Working cameras and a sound network move fast. A hardware install waits on the installer’s schedule.

We do. Max Security USA sells guarding, patrol, cameras and access control directly across New York, New Jersey, Florida, Georgia, Arizona and Maryland. What we commit to is specific: we do not approach the accounts you bring us, we are not introduced to them unless you introduce us, and we do not use what we see inside your communities to market to them.

Because there is no sign-up button for anyone. That is deliberate. The platform hands out gate access to real people at a real address, so every community is verified first and set up with someone who understands the property. The same rule protects a partner: a community cannot quietly go around you.

A call, and that is most of it. Tell us where you operate, what you already run, what your clients are asking for, and whether there is an account to start with. If a site is not a good fit we will say so plainly.

We answer these here instead of saving them for a sales call. If your question is not above, ask it. We would rather take an awkward question now than have it surface after a community is live. Read the privacy policy and the terms, or email [email protected].

One call between two operators.

Tell us where you work, what your clients are asking for, and which account you would start with. We will tell you what we can do, what it costs, and whether we are the right partner. If we are not, you will know inside the hour.
